Spread you arms and touch the walls

Šibenik is a Croatian city which you probably skip if you’re doing a short trip in Europe.

You’re wrong. It’s an entirely medieval town built on the Adriatic coast (diaphanous turquoise water).

Narrow streets where you can almost touch the walls of two opposite houses. A huge fortress protecting its people from the top of a hill. A 15th century cathedral.

From the fortress.

It only takes about an hour to get there and it’s not expensive at all.

There’s no excuse, take the bus and spend the day in Šibenik.
